Several years ago, when the 3D technology is not readily available, architects, developers and real estate agents is often difficult to communicate their ideas and projects. They rely on 2D drawings and images, largely ineffective and prone to be misunderstood. Consequently, a large amount of time is lost in communications Needless to say that such misunderstandings. But why is a 2D representation is not effective communication tool?

The problem with a 2D sketch is that it is a very good visual aid. In other words, does not really help the viewer in a way that bridges the gap between visualization and reality. What you see in a 2D image, and the concept that forms in the mind of the individual, may be very different from another spectator. So much time and patience is necessary to clarify concepts.
